Where does Horace ship to ?

We ship to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands,United Kingdom, Ireland and Switzerland.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent to you in the email confirming your order has been shipped. Can't find the email in your inbox? No worries, you can find the tracking number of each of your orders in your customer account.

We offer several shipping options, with direct delivery to your home, office, or at a pick-up point.
Shipping generally takes 2 working days. Please allow an extra 24-48 hours for delivery during peak shipping periods (such as Christmas).
For orders up to €30, delivery to a pick-up point with Mondial Relay is €5, Colissimo Relais/post office is €6, and delivery to your home/office address against signature is €8.
For orders between €30 and €60, delivery to a pick-up with Mondial Relay is free, Colissimo Relais/post office is 2€, and delivery to your home/office address against signature is €4.
For orders above €60, delivery to a pick-up point/post office or to your home/office address against signature is free.


Belgium

We offer direct delivery to your home or office against signature.
Shipping generally takes 3 working days. Please allow an extra 24-48 hours for delivery during peak shipping periods (such as Christmas).

When will my order be shipped?

Here is how it works: you order, we prepare, then we ship.

Placing an order takes 1 or 2 seconds. Preparing it takes 1 day. All the orders placed before 09:00 during weekdays are shipped the same day. Then, Colissimo is in charge and you received an email with your tracking number. After this, you just need to make some space for your new products.

I have an issue with the tracking.

We’re so sorry! Sometimes, the tracking number needs some time to be updated. If this does not change or if your order is lost, contact us at team@horace.co and we will help you!

How can I change my shipping address?

If your shipping address is not right, send us an email at team@horace.co

My package hasn’t been delivered to the planned pickup shop.

Sometimes, La Poste can’t deliver your package to the pickup shop that was initially planned for logistic reasons (closed or full pickup shop). In that case, it will be delivered to another close pickup shop. This is beyond our control.

Which skin types are the Horace products suitable for?

All our products are suitable for all skin : they are dermatologically tested, gentle, without any irritants and natural.

Can a product dry/melt/expire/etc. ?

If a product is exposed to excessive heat or cold, the product efficacy will not be altered, the texture can simply become thicker ou more fluid.

Even though products do not have a formal expiration date, products should be used within 3 years after production and 12 months after opening. That being said, you will love our products so much, it will never be a real issue.

I love samples. Can I have some?

We do not have samples for the moment. We will do our best to change this in the near future.

Do you test on animals?

Obviously, we do not. It would never cross our mind to mistreat an animal for testing a product.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I organise a return or an exchange?

We are sorry you did not like our product. Send us an email at team@horace.co with your order number and the products you wish to return or exchange, we will take care of the rest.

To exchange or return a product, it must be new and never be used.

What is your return policy?

All the return requests must be made within the 15 days following the reception of your order. The product will be entirely refunded as soon as we receive it. The shipping cost will not be refunded. Send us an email at team@horace.co and we will take care of your return.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

We are sorry you received the wrong product! Send us an email at team@horace.co and we will make sure you receive the product you ordered.

Billing

When my card will be debited?

Your card will debited as soon as your order will accepted.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

Of course! You can make this on your My account. If you need help, email us at team@horace.co.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

We do not accept checks and wire transfer.

What can I do if the payment is declined?

Crap! Here are few details you can check if your payment did not go through:

  • Check that your card’s billing details such as the security code, match what you have typed at the checkout.
  • Is your card expired?
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.

Order

How can I update my order?

Send us an email at team@horace.co as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to process your request.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your My account. which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid Horace promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.

Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?

You can use a promo code with the free shipping over 40€ for France and 60€ for Belgium. Other offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate promo code. If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also enter a promo code, you will need to remove the first code
